How long will it take to convert my tapes and records?

We can convert over 300 tapes and 300 records each day. So, orders of about 100 pieces or fewer will be in and out of here in about three days. Bigger orders will take a little longer.

If yours is a cassette order and you've chosen to have us make a fix attempt when there's a mechanical problem, and a mechanical problem actually comes up, then that's another couple days too.

This means that for all but the largest of orders, most of the beginning-to-end turnaround time will consist of shipping, you shipping your tapes and records to us and us shipping your tapes, records, and digital copies back to you.

The you-to-us step is entirely your responsibility, and you can use whatever method you like (some people even drive!). On the other hand, the us-to-you step is our responsibility, obviously, and we'll use whichever shipping method you specify at the "Shipping" section of the ordering process. You have plenty of choices, all the way from UPS Next Day Air (expensive!) to USPS Media Mail (free!).
