Ryan Purcell: Management and Service

Ryan (ryan@reclaimmedia.com), 27, interacts with nice people like you and makes sure that our various departments and personalities are playing together.

Ryan's been with us since his return from National Guard service in Central Iraq in April 2005. He has had as many jobs as he is years old, really, and has excelled at all of them if you believe what he says (as we do). As the second member of the team, he has earned his ability to smoothly handle potential crises and seeming impending doom, pulling the team together on his confidence alone.

Ryan makes a point of answering his emails and phone messages by the end of the next workday, so put him to the test!

 Lena Baisden: Receiving and Finance

Lena (lena@reclaimmedia.com), 26, is the one who actually opens up your package when it gets here. She types the artists and titles into our database, sticks barcodes on media and gets the ball going in the conversion process.

Lena also counts our millions and does the books (Yesyesyes! --Carl).

Lena received her BA in English Literature at Arizona State University. After graduating, she relocated to Seattle to pursue both her musical ambitions with her art and music project The Deepsleep Narcotics Company and her English Literature graduate studies at the University of Washington focusing on stream-of-consciousness, Woolf and Joyce.

Before completing her application to the masters program, though, Ryan spotted her, got his net and snagged her to work here instead.

 Carl Coryell-Martin: Forecasting and Development

Carl (carl@reclaimmedia.com), 32, attended Harvey Mudd College with Craig, laughs like a parrot, and keeps the IRS from throwing Craig, our handsome but absent-minded founder, into the slammer.

Bless his heart, Carl has also taken on some financial and executive responsibilities that no one else wanted. There must be something funny about him, but no one says anything.

 Craig Meyer: Technology and Cables

Craig (craig@reclaimmedia.com), 32, is the mad scientist of the operation. You'll find him either plastered to his computer screen, eyeballs dry and bulging like ping-pong balls, or behind an equipment rack hip-deep in cables and zip-ties, muttering excitedly.

With experience in aerospace and web development, Craig has been with Reclaim Media (or rather, was Reclaim Media) from 2002 (when it was called "Cassettes2CDs") until being joined by his good-looking colleagues. Now, he's happily ignoring the telephone, focusing on developing new services and fine-tuning our existing ones.

 Sarah: Reception and Security

Sarah (sarah@reclaimmedia.com), 3, received her Associates degree in Canine Charm and Behavior in the womb. She is the acting director pro-tem of our corporate wellness program, leading daily lunchtime walking trips to the dog park at Woodland Park and Green Lake.

Sarah is also the company's chief security officer, bravely and vocally defending the Reclaim Media headquarters from marauding squirrels, pigeons and delivery men.
