How To Convert Your Tapes & Records to CD or MP3

It's easy! This happens in four steps:

1: You place an order online here on our website.
It's like you're buying anything else online. This way we'll know exactly what to do with your tapes or records when they get here. We get your shipping address for returning them, plus your email address to let you know what's going on.

You can pay by credit card, check or money order, no problem!

(Just don't send a plastic bag full of nickels like that one guy.)

2: You ship your tapes or records to us.
This step is entirely your responsibility. We recommend that you just pile them into your car and drive them to the Fedex-Kinkos or UPS Store. They'll pack them up and ship them for you, just like that! (BTW, here's our shipping address.)

If you live in the Seattle area, you can drop them off in our office any time between 9:30 am and 6:00 pm (if you're coming in the morning, you might want to call in advance to make sure Kurt hasn't slept in).

3: We work our magic.
When your package gets here, Lena's crew explodes into action. They transcribe your cassettes' and records' title information into the computer and run them through the system.

This usually takes just a couple workdays.

4: We ship everything back to you.
You get everything back, all in one box. We don't keep anything. It all goes back to you.

You'll specify the return shipping method when you place your order. We offer everything from USPS Media Mail (slow and cheap!) to UPS Next Day Air (fast and expensive!). If you're picking up your order, then you don't pay anything.
