Do I need an exact count of my tapes and records?

No, you don't need an exact count of your tapes or records. Just get it close.

After your cassettes or records get here, the computer gives an exact count when we're done entering their artist and title values into the database.

If your original count ends up being too high then we'll just charge your card a little less. If you paid by check, we'll automatically mail you a refund check for the difference.

Likewise, if your count is too low then we'll just charge your card a little more. If you paid by check, though, then we reserve the right to hang onto your order until we get another check for the difference. We'll let you know.
